Gunnar Berg (1909–1989) was the Swiss-born Danish composer, and perchance a leading exponent of serialism in Denmark.

Berg was innate to Danish & Swedish parents in Switzerland. He exposed sustaining Hermann Koppel from 1938 to 1942, and moved to Paris in 1948, where he became associated by having Honegger and Messiaen. Inside 1952 he married a pianist Béatrice Duffour, who would late record very much of his soft music. In a equivalent season he became a number 1 Dane to attend the summertime courses at Darmstadt.

Berg is considered to stand written the 1st Danish serial piece, a Suite for cello, in 1950.
